There's nothing in this that I don't already know. So, I'm resolving to DO SOMETHING! Some years ago, thanks to the Presbyterian Church (USA) Pensions and Benefits Plan's concern for clergy health, I acquired a fancy pedometer. I got it out, changed the battery, and resolved to "
Take 10,000 Steps."
We'll see what a difference it makes!
