NBA veteran Earl Watson accused his actress wife Jennifer Freeman on biting on his chest late night until he bled severely.

Watson has filed for divorce in L.A. County Superior Court claiming that her wife Jennifer Freeman and the kids attacked him and had savagely bit him on August 1 at 11 pm when she received a text message on mobile and he checked it.

The player, associated with Indiana Pacers last season, said: "Jennifer got hugely annoyed at why I checked the phone."

Watson added that Jennifer reacted with a hard hit to him and grabbed his right wrist and bit severely, and then chomped on his chest.

The filed divorce paper also claims that he needs a finish control over a 10-month-old daughter of the couple.

Jennifer Freeman starred in My Wife and Kids, a TV show on ABC, as the role of Claire Kyle. She has also appeared on TV shows such as One on One, The OC, 7th Heaven and Switched.

However, latest update is a change of heart news. William Briggs, lawer of Earl Watson, said his client plans to withdraw the petition. He adds, "The couple has reconciled their differences and plans to make their marriage work."
