Proposed Committee Assignments

Motions:

• Approve Deacons' request to take Lord's Supper to the home bound in our congregation.
• Authorize Church Worship & Picnic at Gedney Park on June 12, 2011 (Pentecost)
• Establish By-law review team to propose changes, including reduction of all boards to 12.

Other:

• Lisa Flanagan is organizing PCMK's hosting 50 Muskingum University Choir & Chamber Singers (her Alma Mater) for a concert in our Sanctuary Sun., March 6 at 6:30 PM. We'll serve them dinner around 8 PM. “Host families” will care for them overnight and provide breakfast before bringing them to the church Monday morning to meet their bus. Volunteers needed for the dinner, ushering/greeting, and hosting.
