A-HOME IS SEEKING A GRANTS MANAGER
Experienced grants manager sought for our small, dynamic affordable housing organization with a solid track record of government and foundation funding. Will be responsible for creating and managing systems to track institutional grants; working with program, finance, and executive staff to prepare proposals and reports; researching and cultivating new prospects; and advancing current relationships to increase grant revenue. Requires knowledge of non-profit program planning, budgeting, finance, and fundraising; superior writing, editing, and organizational skills; excel spreadsheet and database management expertise; ability to take initiative, as well as follow direction; and exceptional attention to deadlines and details.
