Three big 'excepts'

Except for fishing, farming, and the euro, Norway is practically speaking already part of the EU’s inner market. The only thing it lacks is the right of co-determination.
- Norwegian Conservative MP Nikolai Astrup takes issue with polling-results showing that a record 65.9% of his fellow countrymen are giving thumbs down to Norway joining the EU (only 22.5% in favour).

There are arguments for and against Norway joining the EU. But fishing, farming and the euro are three pretty big 'excepts'...
