News from the Youth!

 Youth Group mural is taped out and ready for paint!

Any donations for the mural are appreciated, i.e.

• earthy colored acrylic paint (for sunset and branches)
• tarps
• brushes
• mixing sticks
• containers to mix colors in
• **sponges for sponge painting the sunset**
• and any advice re: how to best go about this (!)

Also we are looking for a small table to replace the drum in the center of the room.

We are hoping to hang potted plants in the windows, I will be asking Mr. Dobson re: how he thinks that might best be done. My mother and I have plenty of plant cuttings, but we would love small, lightweight pots in which the youths can re-plant them. We are intending to have them do macrame with sturdy string/yarn so that the plants are hanging in woven baskets. It will be beautiful!

After everything is done, it might be nice to have a sort of open-house to show off their creativity! :)
