Quite simply this is an internal squabble between the different fanatic Islamic elements who have killed Iranians in the past 31 years. No real Iranian has ever bothered to take one iota of notice of them. Let them tear themselves apart. The real Iranians are united and will celebrate Nowruz together. The regime will still put Islam over Iran, even though Iranians put Iranian culture first. The regime wanted to ban the music and art of Iran and above all Nowruz and it has failed.
