Calling all Church Leaders --
Last Spring, when author and longtime PC(USA) leader Jill Hudson visited Hudson River Presbytery she lifted up 12 characteristics important for shaping the church of the future. The vision ministry team has created an opportunity for us to take a closer look at four of those characteristics.
Saturday, March 12, we'll have a chance to "Get Real" -- a day of worship and workshops at the First Presbyterian Church of Yorktown.
Workshops
Steve Huston will show how to create, download, edit and project video in the church.
Shannon White will teach us how to reflect on and share transformational faith stories that bring new life to your church.
Chip Low will give a workshop on creating learning communities (small groups) using the book Unbinding the Gospel
Ben Larson-Wolbrink show you how to get the most out of electronic communication (Facebook, websites, blogs, etc.)
