As we've been saying, in each week's bulletin, and reminders from the pulpit,
The annual meeting of PCMK congregation has been called by Session for Sunday, January 30, 2011 immediately following worship for the purpose of receiving annual reports, budget approval and election of officers. Childcare will be provided.
I'd like to imagine that you'll receive the annual reports prior to Sunday. In addition to giving you time to read them over, you'll be able to pay better attention to worship (including my sermon)!
So watch my blog, and the front page of the church website, for a link by Thursday. You'll be able to get the reports and prepare for Sunday's meeting.
Sunday's plan is to go after worship to the great hall for refreshments and brief greetings, and then to return to the sanctuary for the meeting when you hear the bells.
