U.S Have Proof That China Hijacked 15% Of Internet Traffic

So we are here, with another hot news officially announced by National Defense Magazine. They claim they have evidences that 'China Telecom' hijacked the U.S traffic for 18 minutes in April. Remember, 18 minutes is a big time interval for such situations where a country's data could be 'used without permission'. By the way it was a 15% in totality of the worldwide internet usage.
Actually what happened that 'China Telecom' grasped the data by manipulating with the internet messages sent over worldwide through their routers that they were the most speediest routers to handle the traffic and here goes the story when 15% of the world internet traffic entered within the Chinese Routers and came back after a delay of 18 minutes and according to a Top Security Specialist from McAfee 'we don't know what happened to that terabytes of data? may be it was an act deliberately done to take advantages'.
