While jogging this morning in the Choate Audubon Sanctuary, I stubbed my toe and went to the ground, rolling to absorb the impact. Luckily it was a random rock, so there I was with only a minor sensation in the muscles of my lower back. I pulled my right knee up to my chest to stretch, and then I asked myself, "I wonder what the Universe wants me to see from this perspective?" Looking up through the leafless trees, I saw the brilliant blue of this November morn. After about a minute, I got up and finished my run. It's going to be a beautiful day!
