16 Guantanamo prisoners filed lawsuit against the U.S military personnel for illegal capture of them and one of those detainees is still in the jail. They were questioned inhumanely and mistreated according to the International Laws for Human Rights. The money which will be given is going to flush the torture and lawless treatment to the citizens.
One citizen who is Amer, belongs from Saudi Arabia is still in the U.S military prison at Guantanamo Bay. U.S Military officials have not declared these detainees as innocent yet but they think their agencies are just doing the work of 'national security' and nothing else.
