Anna Nyitray, whose husband Joseph died yesterday at home. The funeral will be this Sunday afternoon, 1 PM, at the church, with interment of ashes in our columbarium. Please join us to support the family, including their three sons, Joseph, Peter and Paul (who was ordained as a deacon in 1987).

Dr. Joseph Nyitray of Mt. Kisco, NY passed away October 20, 2010. He was 81 years old. Dr Nyitray was a Physician in Mt. Kisco since 1971. Beloved husband to Anna Nyitray. Loving father to Joseph J., Peter (Ivona) and Paul Nyitray. Cherished grandfather to Alana, Peter Jr., and Nicholas Nyitray. Dear brother to Mark Nytiray, Alexander Nytiray and Eva Batani. Memorial Service Sunday October 24, 2010 1:00PM at Mt. Kisco Presbyterian Church, 605 Millwood Rd., Mt. Kisco, NY. Funeral Arrangements have been entrusted to Oelker Cox & Sinatra Funeral Home, 262 E. Main St., Mt. Kisco.
Vivian Tai, whose father Chin Kow HAR died Tuesday at home. The service will be Sunday evening at a funeral home in Flushing, with his pastor from the Baptist Church in Chinatown presiding.
Paula Wiles Sigmon whose father F. Paul Wiles, 98, died Friday. The service was held Monday in Aldersgate, NC. Here is the obituary printed in the Concord & Kannapolis Independent Tribune:
CHARLOTTE - Mr. F. Paul Wiles, 98, former resident of Virginia Avenue, Concord, and resident of Aldersgate, passed away Friday, Oct. 15, 2010, at Presbyterian Hospital in Charlotte. A memorial service will be held on Monday, at 10:30 a.m., at Aldersgate. A graveside service will be held Monday, at 3 p.m., at Oakwood Cemetery in Statesville, officiated by the Rev. Susanah Pittman. Paul was born Nov. 11, 1911, in Wilkes County, to the late Oid Wiles and Florence Myers Wiles. He is preceded in death by his wife, May Crawley Wiles. In 1948, Paul joined Central United Methodist Church, where he served on the administrative board, as church treasurer, and on the building committee for the new sanctuary and educational building. Paul was active for 39 years in the Lions Club, where he served as president and was honored with a life membership. In 1958, he was a founding member of the Toastmasters of Concord. Paul also was on the board of directors and was a past president at the LIFE Center. He was a past president of Triangle Tuberculosis and Respiratory Disease Association. He became a licensed CPA in 1944, working in private practice until starting with Servomation Corporation in 1963, and retiring as controller in 1980. Paul is survived by his two daughters, Theresa W. Sanford, of Marietta, Ga., and Paula Wiles Sigmon, of Chappaqua, N.Y.; sister, Mary Smithey, of Rutherfordton, N.C.; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
