Presiden SBY mengeluarkan Perpres bantuan pemerintah untuk pemilu, yang dikeluarkan baru saja. Perpres berisi 9 pasal diharapkan bisa membantu permasalahan-permasalahan seputar Pemilu 2009 yang dihadapi KPU.
Ujar Kapuspen Depdagri Saut Situmorang di sela-sela lokakarya Perpres dan perppu tentang pemilu di Hotel Topas, Bandung, Sabtu (28/2/009) : "Dengan keluarnya Perpres ini tidak ada alasan bagi seluruh gubernur, bupati dan walikota untuk tidak mensukseskan pemilu sesuai yang diatur dalam Perpres," .
Beberapa pasal yang merupakan ruh dari perpres ini di antaranya pasal 8, yaitu tentang bantuan pemerintah dalam hal finansial. Dalam pasal ini disebutkan bahwa pembiayaan terkait dukungan kelancaran kegiatan pemilu untuk pusat dibebankan pada APBN, dalam hal ini anggaran Depdagri. Sementara untuk provinsi dibebankan kepada APBD, dan seterusnya.
Sementara 2 berisi tentang hal-hal yang harus mendapat dukungan dalam kelancaran pemilu. Di antaranya pelaksanaan sosialisasi Perppu yang berkaitan dengan pemilu, kelancaran transportasi pebngiriman logistik pemilu dan monitoring kelancaran penyelenggaraan pemilu dan kegiatan lain.
Sedangkan untuk di pasal 3 dijelaskan, masing-masing tugas dan tanggung jawab terhadap dukungan kesuksesan penyelenggaraan pemilu untuk tingkat pusat merupakan tanggung jawab Mendagri dan pelaksanaan harian dipegang oleh Sekjen Depdagri. Untuk daerah tingat I dipegang gubernur dan seterusnya.

ISRAEL - CRIMES AGAINST CHILDREN and WOMEN
My dear friends reading this blog, I apologise for presenting this distasteful, disgusting article. I do feel, however, the truth of this needs to be known. I know my usual proIsraeli readers will be angry at me. Well, they'll just have to be angry. This is the truth and it needs to be known. Israeli officials have been regularly strip-searching children for decades, some of them American citizens.
While organizations that focus on Israel-Palestine have long been aware that Israeli border officials regularly strip search men and women, If Americans Knew appears to be the first organization that has specifically investigated the policy of strip searching women. In the course of its investigation, If Americans Knew was astonished to learn that Israeli officials have also been strip searching young girls as young as seven and below.
According to interviews with women in the United States , Israel , the West Bank and Gaza , Israeli border officials periodically force Christian and Muslim females of all ages to remove their clothing and submit to searches.. In some cases the children are then "felt" by Israeli officials.
Sometimes mothers and children are strip-searched together, at other times little girls are taken from their parents and strip-searched alone. Women are required to remove sanitary napkins , sometimes with small daughters at their side. Sometimes women are strip searched in the presence of their young sons..
All report deep feelings of humiliation. Many describe weeping at the degradation they felt.
"I remember crying and pleading with my mother," Gaza journalist Laila El-Haddad recalls of an experience when she was 12-years-old, hoping that her mother could convince the Israeli official to allow her to keep her undershirt on. But parents are unable to shield their children, El-Haddad and others report.
"They had machine guns," El-Haddad explains. "We just had to submit." El-Haddad, who holds a Masters degree in Public Policy from Harvard's Kennedy School of Government, believes that the intention of the strip searches is to humiliate Palestinians so that they won't return to Palestine
Oregon attorney Hala Gores remembers being strip-searched at the age of 10. Her family, Palestinian Christians from Nazareth , were leaving Israel because of Israeli discrimination against Christians. Gores has never returned to her family's ancestral home in Nazareth, she says, in part because she does not want to repeat the experience of having no control over what is done to her.
The Israeli policy appears to target only Christian and Muslim children, and is equally applied to those with Israeli citizenship and citizenship in other countries, including native-born Americans. There are no reports of Jewish children being strip-searched.
New Jersey stand-up comedian Maysoon Zayid describes being strip-searched at Ben Gurion Airport when she was "seven, eight, nine years old" on family trips to visit her parents' original home in Palestine . On her most recent trip in July 2006, Maysoon, an American citizen, had her sanitary pad taken by officials in Ben Gurion Airport . When the search was completed, she says, the Israeli official in charge, Inbal Sharon, then refused to return her pad or allow her to get another.
Zayid, who has cerebral palsy and was sitting in a wheelchair, was then forced to bleed publicly for hours while she waited for her flight.
Zayid, a former class president and yearbook editor at New Jersey 's Cliffside Park High School known for her irreverent comedy routines and strong personality, describes sobbing uncontrollably. "No one spoke up," she remembers. "There were several women, including the woman who was pushing my wheelchair, none of whom said a word."
When she boarded her flight, Zayid recalls, "The flight attendants looked at me in disgust." She told them what had happened, and the attendants then gave her some of their own clothing to use.
In addition to taking her sanitary napkin, Israeli officials also confiscated medication that Zayid is required to take when flying. As a result, she vomited repeatedly throughout the 12-hour flight.
Zayid, who founded a program for newly disabled Palestinian youths many of them permanently disabled from attacks by Israeli forces was so depressed by her treatment that she determined never to return. "But that's what they want," she says, "They want us to get to the point where we don't go back." She says that she is already planning to return to her volunteer work in the West Bank ..

St. Louis resident Hedy Epstein, whose parents and extended family perished in Nazi camps, and whose story is featured in the Academy Award winning documentary "Into the Arms of Strangers: Stories of the Kindertransport," reports being strip searched three years ago following her participation in nonviolent protests in the West Bank. Epstein, who was 79 at the time, describes being forced to bend over for an Israeli official to search her internally.
The strip searches appear to be illegal under numerous statutes. The Geneva Conventions, to which Israel is a signatory, prohibit: "Outrages upon personal dignity, in particular humiliating and degrading treatment" and specifically emphasize: "Women shall be especially protected against any attack on their honour"
Article 2 of the Convention on the Rights of the Child states: "No child shall be subjected to arbitrary or unlawful interference with his or her privacy"
In the US , such policies would appear to violate child abuse statutes. The state of Utah , for example, defines Child Abuse as: "Any form of cruelty to a child's physical, moral or mental well-being." The Encarta Encyclopedia defines child abuse as "Intentional acts that result in physical or emotional harm to children."
While the If Americans Knew investigation focused on practices concerning women, many interviewees reported frequent random strip-searching of males as well; including American citizens, children, and the elderly.
While the practice is widely applied, many people find it too humiliating to speak of. One 68-year-old Christian businessman, who had been stripped naked at Ben Gurion airport in 2006 before being allowed to board his flight to return home, had never revealed his experience to his family until he learned of the If Americans Knew investigation. He then explained to his daughter why he had previously told her that he might never return to his original home, now in the state of Israel ..
Christians, a thriving community that made up approximately 15 percent of Palestine 's population before Zionist immigration and the creation of Israel (Muslims were 80 percent and Jews 5 percent), have now dwindled under Israeli occupation to approximately two percent of the total population.
Israeli spokespeople and sympathizers have bristled in recent months at the title of a book by former President Jimmy Carter, "Palestine Peace Not Apartheid.." In reply, Carter has emphasized that the Israeli "apartheid" he is describing is limited to the West Bank and Gaza . Many analysts have disagreed with Carter, providing evidence of pervasive discrimination within Israel itself. The If Americans Knew finding that Israel has been routinely strip-searching non-Jewish citizens of Israel would also indicate a wider policy of Israeli discrimination.
Since American taxpayers give Israel over $8 million per day, the Council for the National Interest, a Washington DC-based lobbying organization, is organizing a campaign to call on Congress to demand that Israel end these policies.
"We are extremely upset to learn that Israel is using American tax money in ways that degrade and humiliate women and children," says CNI President Eugene Bird. "We call on all Americans to help us on this campaign."
The organization urges people to begin contacting their Congressional representatives immediately, and to disseminate the video report by If Americans Knew as widely as possible.

I am sure that we all get strange e-mails from time to time. With this blog containing the name, Khalistan, and some of my other controversial, often even seditious, activities online I get more than my share, sometimes funny, sometimes threatening and sometimes just puzzling. Usually I just ignore them and file them in a folder I have made called "Strange e-mails."
This one, however, caught my attention as one of the strangest and definitely puzzling. Let me first say thank you, Elizabeth, for your kind words about the blog, I hope they are sincere. As for the rest. A boyfriend from Khalistan? I am not sure it is supposed to be a joke or what. The e-mail address, which begins "sexlizzy" may hold a clue.

I have found these various maps of Khalistan, from the more ambitious to the more realistic. On none of these, however, could I find a postal code. It seems different people have different ideas of the boundaries. Which one is the best, do you think? Personally, I favour Map 3, Punjab, although a coastline would be useful.

Telephone users have been able to block personal information from showing up since the early 1990s, when Caller ID was introduced. In the past, people could rely on dialing either *-6-7 before placing a call or asking their phone company to always hide their number when they make outgoing calls to shield their identity. But thats all history now as a new technology calledTrapCall, which was launched Tuesday, enables us to unblock and reveal callers' identities and numbers even after individuals have tried to block the information and allows people to always see the phone number and even the home address of the person calling them, even if that person has blocked Caller ID, that has domestic abuse organizations upset. Abuse victims advocates argue that victims who routinely rely on blocking Caller ID when communiciating with abusers could be put in harm's way by TrapCall.
According to Cindy Southworth, the director of the Safety Net Project at the National Network to End Domestic Violence in Washington, D.C.,"I'm quite concerned about TrapCall,When Caller ID first came out, phone companies worked very closely with domestic violence advocates to make sure victims could make anonymous calls and this strips away that anonymity".But the president of the company that makes TrapCall said the technology was developed with domestic abuse victims in mind, to let them always see who is calling them. And if they are concerned about preserving their anonymity when they make calls, he said, the company has another product that can trick Caller ID. According to Southworth, anonymity is often very important to domestic abuse victims who, even though they have left their abusive partners, are still required by law to remain in contact with them in situations where child custody issues exist.
According to Meir Cohen, president of TelTech, the New Jersey-based company that manufactures TrapCall, the product works by sending a blocked number through a software system that then identifies the number. That number is then sent to the person receiving the call, who can then decide whether to answer. "If you get a call on your phone and the number is blocked, you hit 'decline' and while the caller hears ringing in the background and doesn't know anything has happened, a few seconds later your phone will start ringing again and this time it will show the phone number," Cohen said, explaining what happens when an incoming call is caught in TrapCall.
The free version of TrapCall reveals the name and number of the caller, while two other more expensive packages, priced at $9.95 and $24.95, offer more advanced features, such as voicemail transcription sent to your e-mail and the ability to record all your incoming calls at the touch of a button."You can decide you want to record a conversation and then retrieve it online and download it and do whatever you want with it," Cohen said. "That's a huge feature."So far, the service, which can be downloaded on the company's Web site, is only available to AT&T and T-Mobile customers, but Cohen said other carriers will be added soon.
Cohen said another feature he anticipates will become popular is blacklisting, by which phone numbers a user does not want to receive calls from are blocked. Instead of reaching the person they are calling, the caller hears a recording stating that the number has been disconnected.Marc Rotenberg, executive director of the Electronic Privacy Information Center (EPIC), said the primary drawbacks of products like TrapCall is that they do not distinguish between situations where it makes logical sense to provide anonymity and those that do not.

NASA'S CO2 MONITORING SATELLITE CRASHES MINUTES AFTER LAUNCH
NASA's first attempt to map carbon dioxide in Earth's atmosphere from space was dealt with a big blow on Tuesday after a botched satellite launch from California.The $278 million Orbiting Carbon Observatory(OCO) blasted off aboard an unmanned Taurus rocket- the smallest ground-launched rocket currently in use by the US space agency - from Vandenberg Air Force Base at 4:55 a.m. EST (0955 GMT), headed for an orbital.The official word is that- the part of the rocket which covers the satellite on top of the launcher - did not separate properlyand consequently, the spacecraft crashed into the ocean near Antarctica.John Brunschwyler, from Orbital Sciences Corporation, the rocket's manufacturer, told journalists: "Our whole team, at a very personal level, is very disappointed in the events of this morning.The fairing has considerable weight relative to the portion of the vehicle that's flying. So when it separates off, you get a jump in acceleration. We did not have that jump in acceleration.As a direct result of carrying that extra weight, we could not make orbit." 
The major cause for the malfunction,the launch vehicle Taurus XL has a had a fairly high success rate 0f 6 out of 8 sine its debut in 1994.Taurus is based on Orbital's air-launched Pegasus rockets which have a long, proud history. The fairing is essentially the same as is used on that rocket.The only other failure to hit the Taurus rocket occurred in September 2001, when the rocket dropped off its payload of two satellites at a lower altitude than had been intended.The US space agency will now put together a "Mishap Investigation Board" to determine the root cause of the problem.The first indication of a problem came in an announcement made by the Nasa launch commentator, George Diller."This is Taurus launch control. We have declared a launch contingency, meaning that we did not have a successful launch tonight," he said. Separation of the fairing was one of the last technical hurdles faced by the satellite as it flew into orbit. Orbital said there had been no changes to the design of the fairing since previous launches.
Mr Brunschwyler, programme manager for the Taurus rockets, cast doubt on any suggestion of a link between the failure and a power glitch which occurred to the vehicle just prior to launch."That was on a separate system, so I do not believe there was any connection," Mr Brunschwyler told journalists at the Nasa press conference. Scientists had hoped OCO would improve models of the Earth's climate and help researchers determine where the greenhouse gas is coming from and how much is being absorbed by forests and oceans.
This would have helped scientists make more accurate predictions of future climate change.According to Dr Palmer"All eyes are now on the Japanese Gosat instrument to search for the missing carbon sink". Gosat was launched in January from Tanegashima in Japan. It is also designed to monitor atmospheric greenhouse gases.Nasa's Glory satellite, which is designed to measure carbon soot and other aerosols in the Earth's atmosphere, is due to launch on a Taurus XL from California in June.This failure comes as a major jolt to environmental scientists who hope of reducing greenhouse gases and impacts of global warming.Although 280 million dollars is not a signifiant loss on NAS's terms,it has still a major setback and has personally wounded the NASA scientists.

Sikh Traveler Humiliated at Los Angeles Airport
SALDEF outraged by allegations of verbal abuse and inappropriate touching by TSA officials
Washington DC; February 23, 2009 – The Sikh American Legal Defense and Education Fund (SALDEF), the oldest Sikh American civil rights and advocacy organization in the United States, has called upon the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) to investigate allegations of bias-based harassment and inappropriate touching of a Sikh American traveler by TSA officials at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) on the night of February 5, 2009.
Mr. Singh, whose full name is being kept confidential at this time, passed through a metal detector at LAX without setting off an alarm but was asked to step aside for secondary screening of his dastaar (Sikh turban). When he noted that a group of observant Jewish travelers in the line ahead of him were permitted to pass through security without removing their large religiously-mandated head coverings or submitting to secondary screening, a supervisor accused Mr. Singh of being uncooperative and reportedly told him: "I've been working here for a long time and know my sh*t. We don't tolerate this type of nonsense from people like you."
Mindful of his right to request non-invasive screening alternatives, Mr. Singh requested passage through a puffer machine but was refused this option. Instead, Mr. Singh was subjected to a full body pat-down, during which a TSA officer reportedly touched and squeezed his neck, arms, buttocks, legs, and genitals. Mr. Singh was ultimately asked to pat down his own turban and submit to a chemical swab of his hands.
"We are troubled by these allegations because they reinforce our concern that TSA is subjecting Sikh travelers to unequal treatment," said SALDEF Legal Director Rajdeep Singh Jolly. "Sikh American travelers deserve to be treated with respect and need to remain vigilant to ensure that their rights are not trampled."In order to properly document additional incidents and ensure that TSA is properly implementing their screening protocols, SALDEF requests that all Sikh air travelers document their airport screening experiences. Berita Hari ini - Jusuf Kalla (JK tiada lain adalah ketua Umum Partai Golongan Karya (Golkar) ), menyatakan siap maju menjadi calon presiden (capres). Majunya JK menambah alternatif politik bagi masyarakat. Selain ada blok S dan M, ada juga blok J.
Anggota (PKS atau Majelis Syuro Partai Keadilan Sejahtera ), Hidayat Nurwahid menyatakan tidak ada untung atau ruginya dengan majunya JK. Namun ia berharap ini menguntungkan bagi demokrasi Indonesia, karena memperbanyak alternatif pilihan politik bagi masyarakat.

FACEBOOK HIT BY A SCANDAL YET AGAIN -THIS TIME IT TAMPERS WITH THE TERMS OF USE CLAUSE
Facebook has been hit by a latest scandal as it had quitely changed its 'terms of service' to its users,only to be first noticed the blog The Consumerist two weeks after the changes were made.The major bone of contention is that anything you upload to Facebook can be used by Facebook in any way they deem fit, forever, no matter what you do later.Even if you close your account, Facebook still has the right to do whatever it wants with your old content. They can even sublicense it if they want.But one should keep in mind that Facebook is no stranger to scandals and controversies. After all, it was just 15 months ago that Facebook found itself in another scandal involving its ownership of seemingly private user information.
Read the following original terms of service by facebook.Sounds familaiar,well they have deleted the last few lines highlighted in orange colour.

In full-blown legalese, Facebook basically told its users that when they posted personal information to their Facebook pages (including photos, the music they were listening to at that moment, or their favorite movies), Facebook owned that information forever and could use it in just about any manner the company wished.
According to Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg had already responded on his blog, saying: "Our philosophy is that people own their information and control whom they share it with.When a person shares information on Facebook, they first need to grant Facebook a license to use that information so that we can show it to the other people they've asked us to share it with. Without this license, we couldn't help people share that information." This sounds in contradiction what the Facebook's new terms of service actually says.This has flared up everyone who actively use Facebook.facebook is clearly in a spot after scoars of bloggers have lambasted the site for its policies.For a major company to try this kind of thing once and fail is surprising, but hardly unusual. But to do so twice, in nearly the same way, as if it has learned nothing from the earlier experience, leads one to look for deeper explanations and motives.

Berdasarkan pakar hubungan internasional dari Universitas Parahyangan Dr Bob S Hadiwinata, Korps Perdamaian AS dibentuk dengan tujuan untuk membantu negara-negara berkembang.
Kata Bob dalam percakapan dengan detikcom, Kamis (18/2/2009) : "Waktu krisis tahun 1950-an AS membuat program untuk membantu negara-negara berkembang. Program tersebut dinamakan Korps Perdamaian AS. Selama beberapa dekade korps tersebut aktif untuk membantu Indonesia. Salah satunya dalam hal pendidikan," .
Bob menilai juga upaya Hillary untuk mengembalikan kembali Korps Perdamaian sebagai langkah positif untuk menjalin hubungan baik AS-RI, yang saat ini bisa dikatakan kurang begitu baik.
Bob merasa tidak perlu khawatir Korps Perdamaian akan disusupi agen-agen rahasia.

Legge 3 agosto 1998, n. 269 (in Gazz. Uff., 10 agosto, n. 185). - Norme contro lo sfruttamento della prostituzione, della pornografia, del turismo sessuale in danno di minori, quali nuove forme di riduzione in schiavitù.
Preambolo
La Camera dei deputati ed il Senato della Repubblica hanno approvato;
Il Presidente della Repubblica:
Promulga la seguente legge:
Articolo 1
Modifiche al codice penale.
1. In adesione ai princìpi della Convenzione sui diritti del fanciullo, ratificata ai sensi della legge 27 maggio 1991, n. 176, e a quanto sancito dalla dichiarazione finale della Conferenza mondiale di Stoccolma, adottata il 31 agosto 1996, la tutela dei fanciulli contro ogni forma di sfruttamento e violenza sessuale a salvaguardia del loro sviluppo fisico, psicologico, spirituale, morale e sociale, costituisce obiettivo primario perseguito dall'Italia. A tal fine nella sezione I del capo III del titolo XII del libro secondo del codice penale, dopo l'art. 600 sono inseriti gli articoli da 600- bis a 600- septies , introdotti dagli articoli 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 e 7 della presente legge.
Articolo 2
Prostituzione minorile.
1. Dopo l'art. 600 del codice penale è inserito il seguente:
"Art. 600- bis ( Prostituzione minorile ). - Chiunque induce alla prostituzione una persona di età inferiore agli anni diciotto ovvero ne favorisce o sfrutta la prostituzione è punito con la reclusione da sei a dodici anni e con la multa da lire trenta milioni a lire trecento milioni.
Salvo che il fatto costituisca più grave reato, chiunque compie atti sessuali con un minore di età compresa fra i quattordici ed i sedici anni, in cambio di denaro o di altra utilità economica, è punito con la reclusione da sei mesi a tre anni o con la multa non inferiore a lire dieci milioni. La pena è ridotta di un terzo se colui che commette il fatto è persona minore degli anni diciotto".
2. Dopo l'art. 25 del regio decreto-legge 20 luglio 1934, n. 1404, convertito, con modificazioni, dalla legge 27 maggio 1935, n. 835, è inserito il seguente:
"Art. 25- bis ( Minori che esercitano la prostituzione o vittime di reati a carattere sessuale ). - 1 . Il pubblico ufficiale o l'incaricato di pubblico servizio, qualora abbia notizia che un minore degli anni diciotto esercita la prostituzione, ne dà immediata notizia alla procura della Repubblica presso il tribunale per i minorenni, che promuove i procedimenti per la tutela del minore e può proporre al tribunale per i minorenni la nomina di un curatore. Il tribunale per i minorenni adotta i provvedimenti utili all'assistenza, anche di carattere psicologico, al recupero e al reinserimento del minore. Nei casi di urgenza il tribunale per i minorenni procede d'ufficio.
2. Qualora un minore degli anni diciotto straniero, privo di assistenza in Italia, sia vittima di uno dei delitti di cui agli articoli 600- bis, 600- ter e 601, secondo comma, del codice penale, il tribunale per i minorenni adotta in via di urgenza le misure di cui al comma 1 e, prima di confermare i provvedimenti adottati nell'interesse del minore, avvalendosi degli strumenti previsti dalle convenzioni internazionali, prende gli opportuni accordi, tramite il Ministero degli affari esteri, con le autorità dello Stato di origine o di appartenenza".
Articolo 3
Pornografia minorile.
1. Dopo l'art. 600- bis del codice penale, introdotto dall'art. 2, comma 1, della presente legge, è inserito il seguente:
"Art. 600- ter ( Pornografia minorile ). - Chiunque sfrutta minori degli anni diciotto al fine di realizzare esibizioni pornografiche o di produrre materiale pornografico è punito con la reclusione da sei a dodici anni e con la multa da lire cinquanta milioni a lire cinquecento milioni.
Alla stessa pena soggiace chi fa commercio del materiale pornografico di cui al primo comma.
Chiunque, al di fuori delle ipotesi di cui al primo e al secondo comma, con qualsiasi mezzo, anche per via telematica, distribuisce, divulga o pubblicizza il materiale pornografico di cui al primo comma, ovvero distribuisce o divulga notizie o informazioni finalizzate all'adescamento o allo sfruttamento sessuale di minori degli anni diciotto, è punito con la reclusione da uno a cinque anni e con la multa da lire cinque milioni a lire cento milioni.
Chiunque, al di fuori delle ipotesi di cui ai commi primo, secondo e terzo, consapevolmente cede ad altri, anche a titolo gratuito, materiale pornografico prodotto mediante lo sfruttamento sessuale dei minori degli anni diciotto, è punito con la reclusione fino a tre anni o con la multa da lire tre milioni a lire dieci milioni".
Articolo 4
Detenzione di materiale pornografico.
1. Dopo l'art. 600- ter del codice penale introdotto dall'art. 3 della presente legge, è inserito il seguente:
"Art. 600- quater ( Detenzione di materiale pornografico ). - Chiunque. al di fuori delle ipotesi previste nell'art. 600- ter , consapevolmente si procura o dispone di materiale pornografico prodotto mediante lo sfruttamento sessuale dei minori degli anni diciotto è punito con la reclusione fino a tre anni o con la multa non inferiore a lire tre milioni".
Articolo 5
Iniziative turistiche volte allo sfruttamento della prostituzione minorile.
1. Dopo l'art. 600- quater del codice penale, introdotto dall'art. 4 della presente legge, è inserito il seguente: "Art. 600- quinquies ( Iniziative turistiche volte allo sfruttamento della prostituzione minorile ). - Chiunque organizza o propaganda viaggi finalizzati alla fruizione di attività di prostituzione a danno di minori o comunque comprendenti tale attività è punito con la reclusione da sei a dodici anni e con la multa da lire trenta milioni a lire trecento milioni".
Articolo 6
Circostanze aggravanti ed attenuanti.
1. Dopo l'art. 600- quinquies del codice penale, introdotto dall'art. 5 della presente legge, è inserito il seguente:
"Art. 600- sexies ( Circostanze aggravanti ed attenuanti ). - Nei casi previsti dagli articoli 600- bis , primo comma, 600- ter , primo comma, e 600- quinquies la pena è aumentata da un terzo alla metà se il fatto è commesso in danno di minore degli anni quattordici.
Nei casi previsti dagli articoli 600- bis , primo comma, e 600- ter la pena è aumentata dalla metà ai due terzi se il fatto è commesso da un ascendente, dal genitore adottivo, o dal loro coniuge o convivente, dal coniuge o da affini entro il secondo grado, da parenti fino al quarto grado collaterale, dal tutore o da persona a cui il minore è stato affidato per ragioni di cura, educazione, istruzione, vigilanza, custodia, lavoro, ovvero da pubblici ufficiali o incaricati di pubblico servizio nell'esercizio delle loro funzioni ovvero se è commesso in danno di minore in stato di infermità o minorazione psichica, naturale o provocata. Nei casi previsti dagli articoli 600- bis , primo comma, e 600- ter la pena è aumentata se il fatto è commesso con violenza o minaccia. Nei casi previsti dagli articoli 600- bis e 600- ter la pena è ridotta da un terzo alla metà per chi si adopera concretamente in modo che il minore degli anni diciotto riacquisti la propria autonomia e libertà ".
Articolo 7
Pene accessorie.
1. Dopo l'art. 600- sexies del codice penale, introdotto dall'art. 6 della presente legge, è inserito il seguente:
"Art. 600- septies ( Pene accessorie ). - Nel caso di condanna per i delitti previsti dagli articoli 600- bis , 600- ter , 600- quater e 600- quinquies è sempre ordinata la confisca di cui all'art. 240 ed è disposta la chiusura degli esercizi la cui attività risulti finalizzata ai delitti previsti dai predetti articoli, nonchè la revoca della licenza d'esercizio o della concessione o dell'autorizzazione per le emittenti radiotelevisive".
Articolo 8
Tutela delle generalità e dell'immagine del minore.
1. All'art. 734- bis del codice penale, prima delle parole: "609- bis " sono inserite le seguenti: "600- bis , 600- ter , 600- quater , 600- quinquies, ".
Articolo 9
Tratta di minori.
1. All'art. 601 del codice penale è aggiunto, in fine, il seguente comma:
"Chiunque commette tratta o comunque fa commercio di minori degli anni diciotto al fine di indurli alla prostituzione è punito con la reclusione da sei a venti anni".
Articolo 10
Fatto commesso all'estero.
1. L'art. 604 del codice penale è sostituito dal seguente:
"Art. 604 ( Fatto commesso all'estero ). - Le disposizioni di questa sezione, nonchè quelle previste dagli articoli 609- bis , 609- ter , 609- quater e 609- quinquies , si applicano altresì quando il fatto è commesso all'estero da cittadino italiano, ovvero in danno di cittadino italiano, ovvero da cittadino straniero in concorso con cittadino italiano. In quest'ultima ipotesi il cittadino straniero è punibile quando si tratta di delitto per il quale è prevista la pena della reclusione non inferiore nel massimo a cinque anni e quando vi è stata richiesta del Ministro di grazia e giustizia".
Articolo 11
Arresto obbligatorio in flagranza.
1. All'art. 380, comma 2, lettera d ), del codice di procedura penale, dopo le parole: "art. 600" sono inserite le seguenti: ",delitto di prostituzione minorile previsto dall'art. 600- bis , primo comma, delitto di pornografia minorile previsto dall'art. 600- ter , commi primo e secondo, e delitto di iniziative turistiche volte allo sfruttamento della prostituzione minorile previsto dall'art. 600- quinquies ".
Articolo 12
Intercettazioni.
1. All'art. 266 del codice di procedura penale, al comma 1, dopo la lettera f ), è aggiunta la seguente:
" f-bis ) delitti previsti dall'art. 600- ter , terzo comma, del codice penale".
Articolo 13
Disposizioni processuali.
1. Nell'art. 33- bis del codice di procedura penale, introdotto dall'art. 169 del decreto legislativo 19 febbraio 1998, n. 51, al comma 1, lettera c ), dopo le parole: "578, comma 1," sono inserite le seguenti: "da 600- bis a 600- sexies puniti con la reclusione non inferiore nel massimo a cinque anni,".
2. All'art. 190- bis del codice di procedura penale, dopo il comma 1 è aggiunto il seguente:
"1- bis . La stessa disposizione si applica quando si procede per uno dei reati previsti dagli articoli 600- bis , primo comma, 600- ter , 600- quater , 600- quinquies , 609- bis , 609- ter , 609- quater , 609- quinquies e 609- octies del codice penale, se l'esame richiesto riguarda un testimone minore degli anni sedici".
3. All'art. 392, comma 1- bis , del codice di procedura penale, dopo le parole: "Nei procedimenti per i delitti di cui agli articoli" sono inserite le seguenti: "600- bis , 600- ter , 600- quinquies ,".
4. All'art. 398, comma 5- bis , del codice di procedura penale, dopo le parole: "ipotesi di reato previste dagli articoli" sono inserite le seguenti: "600- bis , 600- ter , 600- quinquies ,".
5 All'art. 472, comma 3- bis , del codice di procedura penale, dopo le parole: "delitti previsti dagli articoli" sono inserite le seguenti: "600- bis , 600- ter , 600- quinquies ,".
6. All'art. 498 del codice di procedura penale, dopo il comma 4, sono aggiunti i seguenti:
"4- bis . Si applicano, se una parte lo richiede ovvero se il presidente lo ritiene necessario, le modalità di cui all'art. 398, comma 5- bis .
4- ter . Quando si procede per i reati di cui agli articoli 600- bis , 600- ter , 600- quater ,600- quinquies , 609- bis , 609- ter , 609- quater e 609- octies del codice penale, l'esame del minore vittima del reato viene effettuato, su richiesta sua o del suo difensore, mediante l'uso di un vetro specchio unitamente ad un impianto citofonico".
7. All'art. 609- decies , primo comma, del codice penale, dopo le parole: "delitti previsti dagli articoli" sono inserite le seguenti: "600- bis , 600- ter , 600- quinquies ,".
Articolo 14
Attività di contrasto.
1. Nell'ambito delle operazioni disposte dal questore o dal responsabile di livello almeno provinciale dell'organismo di appartenenza, gli ufficiali di polizia giudiziaria delle strutture specializzate per la repressione dei delitti sessuali o per la tutela dei minori, ovvero di quelle istituite per il contrasto dei delitti di criminalità organizzata, possono, previa autorizzazione dell'autorità giudiziaria, al solo fine di acquisire elementi di prova in ordine ai delitti di cui agli articoli 600- bis , primo comma, 600- ter , commi primo, secondo e terzo, e 600- quinquies del codice penale, introdotti dalla presente legge, procedere all'acquisto simulato di materiale pornografico e alle relative attività di intermediazione, nonchè partecipare alle iniziative turistiche di cui all'art. 5 della presente legge. Dell'acquisto è data immediata comunicazione all'autorità giudiziaria che può, con decreto motivato, differire il sequestro sino alla conclusione delle indagini.
2. Nell'ambito dei compiti di polizia delle telecomunicazioni, definiti con il decreto di cui all'art. 1, comma 15, della legge 31 luglio 1997, n. 249, l'organo del Ministero dell'interno per la sicurezza e la regolarità dei servizi di telecomunicazione svolge, su richiesta dell'autorità giudiziaria, motivata a pena di nullità , le attività occorrenti per il contrasto dei delitti di cui agli articoli 600- bis , primo comma, 600- ter , commi primo, secondo e terzo, e 600- quinquies del codice penale commessi mediante l'impiego di sistemi informatici o mezzi di comunicazione telematica ovvero utilizzando reti di telecomunicazione disponibili al pubblico. A tal fine, il personale addetto può utilizzare indicazioni di copertura, anche per attivare siti nelle reti, realizzare o gestire aree di comunicazione o scambio su reti o sistemi telematici, ovvero per partecipare ad esse. Il predetto personale specializzato effettua con le medesime finalità le attività di cui al comma 1 anche per via telematica.
3. L'autorità giudiziaria può, con decreto motivato, ritardare l'emissione o disporre che sia ritardata l'esecuzione dei provvedimenti di cattura, arresto o sequestro, quando sia necessario per acquisire rilevanti elementi probatori, ovvero per l'individuazione o la cattura dei responsabili dei delitti di cui agli articoli 600- bis , primo comma, 600- ter , commi primo, secondo e terzo, e 600- quinquies del codice penale. Quando è identificata o identificabile la persona offesa dal reato, il provvedimento è adottato sentito il procuratore della Repubblica presso il tribunale per i minorenni nella cui circoscrizione il minorenne abitualmente dimora.
4. L'autorità giudiziaria può affidare il materiale o i beni sequestrati in applicazione della presente legge, in custodia giudiziale con facoltà d'uso, agli organi di polizia giudiziaria che ne facciano richiesta per l'impiego nelle attività di contrasto di cui al presente articolo.
Articolo 15
Accertamenti sanitari.
1. All'art. 16, comma 1, della legge 15 febbraio 1996, n. 66, dopo le parole: "per i delitti di cui agli articoli" sono inserite le seguenti: "600- bis , secondo comma,".
Articolo 16
Comunicazioni agli utenti.
1. Gli operatori turistici che organizzano viaggi collettivi o individuali in Paesi esteri hanno obbligo, per un periodo non inferiore a tre anni decorrenti dalla data di cui al comma 2, di inserire in maniera evidente nei materiali propagandistici, nei programmi o, in mancanza dei primi, nei documenti di viaggio consegnati agli utenti, nonchè nei propri cataloghi generali o relativi a singole destinazioni, la seguente avvertenza: "Comunicazione obbligatoria ai sensi dell'articolo ... della legge ... n. ... - La legge italiana punisce con la pena della reclusione i reati inerenti alla prostituzione e alla pornografia minorile, anche se gli stessi sono commessi all'estero".
2. Quanto prescritto nel comma 1 si applica con riferimento ai materiali illustrativi o pubblicitari o ai documenti utilizzati successivamente al centottantesimo giorno dopo la data di entrata in vigore della presente legge.
3. Gli operatori turistici che violano l'obbligo di cui al comma 1 sono assoggettati alla sanzione amministrativa del pagamento di una somma da lire due milioni a lire dieci milioni.
Articolo 17
Attività di coordinamento.
1. Sono attribuite alla Presidenza del Consiglio dei ministri, fatte salve le disposizioni della legge 28 agosto 1997, n. 285, le funzioni di coordinamento delle attività svolte da tutte le pubbliche amministrazioni, relative alla prevenzione, assistenza, anche in sede legale, e tutela dei minori dallo sfruttamento sessuale e dall'abuso sessuale. Il Presidente del Consiglio dei ministri presenta ogni anno al Parlamento una relazione sull'attività svolta ai sensi del comma 3.
2. Le multe irrogate, le somme di denaro confiscate e quelle derivanti dalla vendita dei beni confiscati ai sensi della presente legge sono versate all'entrata del bilancio dello Stato per essere riassegnate su un apposito fondo da iscrivere nello stato di previsione della Presidenza del Consiglio dei ministri e destinate, nella misura di due terzi, a finanziare specifici programmi di prevenzione, assistenza e recupero psicoterapeutico dei minori degli anni diciotto vittime dei delitti di cui agli articoli 600- bis , 600- ter , 600- quater e 600- quinquies del codice penale, introdotti dagli articoli 2, comma 1, 3, 4 e 5 della presente legge. La parte residua del fondo è destinata, nei limiti delle risorse effettivamente disponibili, al recupero di coloro che, riconosciuti responsabili dei delitti previsti dagli articoli 600- bis , secondo comma, 600- ter , terzo comma, e 600- quater del codice penale, facciano apposita richiesta. Il Ministro del tesoro, del bilancio e della programmazione economica è autorizzato ad apportare, con propri decreti, le occorrenti variazioni di bilancio.
Nello svolgimento delle funzioni di cui al comma 1, la Presidenza del Consiglio dei Ministri:
a) acquisisce dati e informazioni, a livello nazionale ed internazionale, sull'attività svolta per la prevenzione e la repressione e sulle strategie di contrasto programmate o realizzate da altri Stati;
b ) promuove, in collaborazione con i Ministeri della pubblica istruzione, della sanità , dell'università e della ricerca scientifica e tecnologica, di grazia e giustizia e degli affari esteri, studi e ricerche relativi agli aspetti sociali, sanitari e giudiziari dei fenomeni di sfruttamento sessuale dei minori;
c ) partecipa, d'intesa con il Ministero degli affari esteri, agli organismi comunitari e internazionali aventi compiti di tutela dei minori dallo sfruttamento sessuale.
4. Per lo svolgimento delle attività di cui ai commi 1 e 3 è autorizzata la spesa di lire cento milioni annue. Al relativo onere si fa fronte mediante corrispondente riduzione dello stanziamento iscritto, ai fini del bilancio triennale 1998-2000, nell'ambito dell'unità previsionale di base di parte corrente "Fondo speciale" dello stato di previsione del Ministero del tesoro, del bilancio e della programmazione economica per l'anno 1998, allo scopo utilizzando l'accantonamento relativo alla Presidenza del Consiglio dei ministri. Il Ministro del tesoro, del bilancio e della programmazione economica è autorizzato ad apportare, con propri decreti, le occorrenti variazioni di bilancio.
5. Il Ministro dell'interno, in virtù dell'accordo adottato dai Ministri di giustizia europei in data 27 settembre 1996, volto ad estendere la competenza di EUROPOL anche ai reati di sfruttamento sessuale di minori, istituisce, presso la squadra mobile di ogni questura, una unità specializzata di polizia giudiziaria, avente il compito di condurre le indagini sul territorio nella materia regolata dalla presente legge.
6. Il Ministero dell'interno istituisce altresì presso la sede centrale della questura un nucleo, di polizia giudiziaria avente il compito di raccogliere tutte le informazioni relative alle indagini nella materia regolata dalla presente legge e di coordinarle con le sezioni analoghe esistenti negli altri Paesi europei.
7. L'unità specializzata ed il nucleo di polizia giudiziaria sono istituiti nei limiti delle strutture, dei mezzi e delle vigenti dotazioni organiche, nonchè degli stanziamenti iscritti nello stato di previsione del Ministero dell'interno.
Articolo 18
Abrogazione di norme.
1. All'art. 4, n. 2), della legge 20 febbraio 1958, n. 75 e successive modificazioni, le parole: "di persona minore degli anni 21 o" sono soppresse.
Articolo 19
Entrata in vigore.
1. La presente legge entra in vigore il giorno successivo a quello della sua pubblicazione nella Gazzetta Ufficiale.

Josh Wolf Documentary Project: Sierra Choi Needs Your Help
John Wolf spent 226 days in jail to protect his videos and sources, and caused the creation of a new law protecting video-bloggers. Now Sierra Choi is directing and producing a documentary - the trailer is here as part of my video blog.
At the time in 2006, I met Josh when he worked for the television division at Peralta Community College. He was also in the middle of his battle with the Federal Government, but even then was still focused on his work, and didn't spend a lot of time fretting about what could happen.
Then Josh defied San Francisco U.S. District Judge William Alsup's order to turn over the videos Josh had taken from a anti-G8 anarchist protes heldt in San Francisco on July 8, 2005. Wolf feared that the U.S. Government in the form of the FBI simply wanted to identify the people who were protesting and not solve a crime they claim had been committed against a police officer. Wolf's videos did not contain any footage of a police officer being harmed.
Still, U.S. District Judge William Alsup order Wolf to be held in jail for civil contempt of court later in 2006. Then, after negotiations, he was released but still refused to give up any of his videos, offering instead to post them online and show them to the Judge himself. Initially the judge refused, and Wolf was ordered back to jail.
Eventually, and after 226 days, Wolf agreed to show the then unseen video clip online and was released from jail. He never gave a copy of the video to the goverment.
In the wake of his ordeal and new stronger "shield" law has been placed in California law to protect journalists of all kinds, from print to blogs. We have Josh to thank for this.

Though direct tax unchanged but is second fastest growing economy said in Interim Budget 2009/10
The Interim Budget was presented today in the Lok Sabha, India Parliament by acting finance finance minister Pranab Mukherjee. The budget showed a mixed view by critics but the most awaited subject was Direct Tax, and it was unchanged. Well, nothing to be sad of it, at least in this world economy slow down the economy of India has maintained a growth rate of over 9% and the per capita has rose by 7.4%.
Pranab Mukherjee presented the budget in the Parliament after a gap of 25 years.
Highlights of the Budget
Below are the highlights of the Interim Budget presented by acting finance minister Pranab Mukherjee in the Lok Sabha today:
* Fiscal deficit 5.5 pct of GDP in 2009/10.
* Revenue deficit 4 pct of GDP in 2009/10.
* Gross market borrowing 3.62 trillion rupees in 2009/10.
* Total plan spending is 9.53 trillion rupees in 2009/10.
* 2009/10 gross budgetary support 2.85 trillion rupees.
* GDP growth 7.1 pct in 08/09.
* The country has weathered inflation crisis. There is no room for complacency.
* It is the time for extraordinary measures to be taken.
"Now most of the economies are struggling to stay afloat, ours is a healthy 7.1 % of GDP growth. It is the second fastest growing economy in the world.
* Additional measures may be taken in the post-poll budget.
Tax:
* There is a substantial relief of about 400 bn rupees due to tax cuts in 2008/09.
"Distortions in tax structure reduced by expanding the tax base and moderating the tax rates.
* New technology has enhanced the tax compliance.
Defence:
*Defence expenditure increased to Rs 1,41,703 cr.
*2008-09 defence plan expenditure was only Rs 73,600 cr. Now it is an increase of Rs 13,279 crore this year.
Farm:

NEWS TODAY - 80 Komputer Lab Nuklir AS Hilang
Berita hari ini - Tanggal Senin, 16/02/2009 tentang "80 Komputer Lab Nuklir AS Hilang", peristiwa PC hilang mungkin bukan suatu hal yang mengejutkan. Akan tetapi, bagaimana jika yang hilang adalah 80 komputer milik laboratorium persenjataan nuklir utama Amerika Serikat (AS)? Pastinya ini suatu peristiwa yang tak biasa.
Organisasi nirlaba Project On Government Oversight (POGO) Mengeinformasikan secara online sebuah kopian surat internal yang menyebutkan bahwa Laboratorium Los Alamos National telah kehilangan sejumlah besar komputer/PC.
Dikatakan pada surat tersebut bahwa sekitar 13 komputer laboratorium hilang selama setahun silam, tiga dari komputer tersebut dicuri dari rumah karyawan pada bulan Januari, sedangkan 67 komputer dilaporkan raib, tidak diketahui keberadaannya.
Padahal Las Alamos merupakan tempat yang memegang peranan penting bagi AS. Las Alamos didirikan sebagai fasilitas rahasia selama Perang Dunia II dan merupakan lokasi untuk Manhattan Project yang menciptakan bom nuklir untuk pertama kalinya.

MICROSOFT ANNOUNCES REWARD FOR FINDING THE CULPRIT BEHIND THE DOWNADUP/CONFICKER VIRUS
Microsoft has announced a reward of $250,000 (£172,000) to find out who is behind the notorious Downadup/Conficker virus.Since it started circulating in October 2008 the Conficker worm has managed to infect millions of computers worldwide.Do you remember the Sasser worm that created chaos in the year 2003? Microsoft then created its reward programme with $5m (£3.4m) in funding to help law enforcement agencies bring computer virus and worm authors to justice. In 2005 Microsoft paid out $250,000 (£171,000) to two individuals who helped identify the creator of the notorious Sasser worm. The author was arrested and sentenced by the German authorities.But the sheer pricing of this reward says about the danger about Conficker.
The software giant is offering the cash reward because it views the Conficker worm as a criminal attack.According to George Stathakopulos of Microsoft "the company was not prepared to sit back and let this kind of activity go unchecked.Our message is very clear - whoever wrote this caused significant pain to our customers and we are sending a message that we will do everything we can to help with your arrest," said Mr Stathakopulos.Arbor Networks said as many as 12 million computers could be affected globally by Conficker/Downadup since it began prowling the web looking for vulnerable machines to infect in October.

Although Downadup is widespread its creators have yet to activate its payload to steal data or launch other attacks.It has caused costly headaches for network administrators dealing with users locked out of their accounts when the worm correctly guesses a password.While Microsoft says it does not know the intention of the worm's creator, it wants to ensure it does not wreak any more havoc.Keeping your antivirus software updated and frequent windows patching like KB958644 is the only option available as of now.
Microsoft has also partnered with security companies, domain name providers, academia, internet companies such as AOL and others on a co-ordinated global response to the worm. Also included is the US Department of Justice and the Department of Homeland Security."The best way to defeat potential botnets like Conficker/Downadup is by the security and Domain Name System communities working together," said Greg Rattray, chief internet security adviser at the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (Icann).
But the real nail in the coffin is although rewards of over $250,000 were offered to find the culprits behind the Blaster, MyDoom and Sobig worms the perpetraitors are yet to be arrested!

NEWS TODAY - Nasabah Bank Century Jambi Bunuh Diri, sangat mengenaskan
Berita hari ini - Gagal menagih dana reksa dana Rp 125 juta yang dibeli melalui Bank Century, seorang nasabah Bank Century di Jambi bernama Sayuti Michael yang mengalami setress berat mengakhiri hidupnya dengan bunuh diri.
Korban Sayuti Michael (47 tahun) beralamat di Jalan Halim Perdanakusuma No 2 RT 01 Kelurahan Sungai Asam Pasar Jambi. Korban diketahui bunuh diri dengan cara terjun dari Hotel Abadi Jambi. Sebelum melompat korban sempat menenggak racun.
Informasi tersebut disampaikan oleh Z.Siput, koordinator perwakilan nasabah korban Bank Century seluruh Indonesia yang mendapat laporan dari Ating, koordinator nasabah Bank Century Jambi.
Menurut Siput dirinya menerima informasi dari Ating 3 jam yang lalu atau sekitar pukul 12.00 WIB, Sabtu (14/2/2009).
"Sayuti diketahui bunuh diri pada Jumat malam setelah hari Jumatnya dia pergi ke Bank Century Jambi untuk mencairkan reksa dana yang dijual Bank Century. Namun Sayuti gagal mendapatkan dananya," kata Siput ketika dihubungi detikFinance, Sabtu (14/2/2009).
Sepulang dari Bank Century, korban terlihat bertambah setress. Sayuti pernah mengatakan dirinya hidup dari uang yang ada di Bank Century. "Saya hidup dari uang itu, kalau enggak saya mau bunuh diri," cerita Ating ke Siput.
Ancaman bunuh diri tersebut ternyata benar-benar dijalankan oleh Sayuti. Korban Sayuti membeli reksa dana di Bank Century senilai Rp 125 juta.
Siput mengakui saat ini memang banyak nasabah yang membeli reksa dana di Bank Century yang tertekan jiwanya.
"Saya tekankan kepada pihak Century termasuk BI masalah ini harus ditangani serius. Banyak orang yang setress dan ini merugikan nasabah, dan saya minta masalah ini jangan digantung-gantung," katanya.
Menurut Siput Bank Century sekarang malah banyak menambah nasabah baru tapi masalah nasabah yang lama tidak diselesaikan. "Ini masalahnya lebih-lebih dari lumpur Lapindo. Century cenderung lepas tangan, BI juga sama," tukasnya.

Berita Hari ini - tanggal Sabtu, 14/02/2009,mengenai "bayi kembar siam asal Samarinda", seperti yang di beritakan detik.com untuk berita terkini, yaitu Sehari menjalani perawatan di RSU dr Soetomo Surabaya, bayi kembar siam asal Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur hari ini menjalani pemeriksaan echo cardiography. Pemeriksaan ini untuk mengetahui kondisi jantung bayi dempet dada dan perut.
Kata juru bicara kembar siam dr Agus Harianto : "Hari ini kita akan memeriksa jantungnya. Ini untuk mengetahui seberapa jauh kondisi jantung dan kelainannya," , SpAK saat dihubungi detiksurabaya.com, Sabtu (14/2/2009).
Agus Mengatakan: saat ini kondisi bayi putri kedua pasangan Dono Warsito (30) dan Munirowati (27), warga Jl Tanjung Pura RT 12 Kelurahan Tanjung Laut, Kecamatan Bontang Selatan stabil.
Tambahnya : "Berdasarkan laporan sekilas, kondisi bayinya stabil. Nanti akan kita periksa lagi," .
Sedangkan anggota tim kembar siam, dr Mahrus A Rahman SpA menjelaskan, pihaknya selain memeriksa jantung, bayi yang masih berusia 6 hari itu akan diperiksa sekitar perut, usus dan lain-lain.
Tegasnya : "Selain jantung, kita akan memeriksa usus dan organ di area pencernaan,".
Sebelumnya bayi kembar siam ke-36 yang dirawat RSU dr Soetomo Surabaya ini mengalami dempet perut dan dada (Conjoined Twins Thoraco Abdomino Phagus). Bayi yang diberi nama Rosidah-Rosita ini lahir Minggu (8/2/2009) pukul 00.20 WIB dengan berat badan 3.500 gram di RSUD Taman Husada Bontang dan akhirnya dirujuk ke RSUD Abdul Wahab Syachranie, Samarinda.
